Beverley Hallpike

Beverley Hallpike is a Nurse Consultant, Non-Medical Prescribing Lead and Chair of Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust BME Staff Network.

Bev began her nursing career in mental health in 1978 in Leicestershire. After her qualifications in general nursing, Bev eventually returned to mental health, specialising in the field of dementia. Bev has published on the topic of dementia in the Mental Health Guide for Nurses in Primary Care and a CPD module on Nutrition & Dementia in the Nursing Standard. In 2007, she also won the Queen’s Nursing Institute Award (QNI) – Excellence in Dementia Care. This year Bev was the winner of the Trust’s George Pearce Equality & Diversity Award.

She enjoys coaching and mentoring staff to help them maximise their potential.
