    Picture the scene…

This old heart of mine enjoying 50 years of Motown, as I cook sugar pie honey bunch in my kitchen. I get ready, singing into my spoon – I’ve got to be there and I realise that there’s nowhere to run, nowhere to hide, it’s my destiny – Motown Karaoke!

I heard it through the grapevine that you’d like to know what’s going on. Why not join me all night long for a celebration of Motown classics? If you reach out, I’ll be there on Friday 23 October.

You’ll have a great time: I’ll have you dancing in the street and laughing so hard you’ll have tears of a clown!

You are everything to Nightshift – it’s your night too. Why not become Marvin, Stevie and Diana yourself by giving us a rendition of these spectacular songs that epitomise the 1960s! How about a duet with your other half, or even get together with the lads as The Commodores?! Have a boogie to some classic tracks whilst you rest your vocal chords! There’ll be a bar available, too.

Just come along and I’ll enjoy being with you at the Cellar, Take 5 in Tombland, Norwich from 7:30 PM. Entry is by ticket only and it’s as easy as ABC to get one; they cost £4.00 and will be signed, sealed and delivered by me. Feel free to dress up in your finest gear or, for the full experience, dress up as your Motown icon. Divas welcome!

Nightshift is supported by Future Radio, featuring Oki Doki Karaoke and is an event supported by Norfolk Black History Month.
