    Rhyme Times (sometimes called Bounce & Rhyme) are for pre-school children and take place regularly in libraries around the county. They are a great way of involving babies and young children in the fun and exciting worlds of words, books, rhythms and rhymes. For Black History Month, the repertoire will be expanded to include African-themed action rhymes and stories within the usual format.
