The World Book Group is a friendly, informal group, open to all who are interested, and meets at the Sainsbury Centre two to three times a year.

On October 28, to celebrate Black History Month the group, led by writer Katri Skala, will be discussing The Autobiography of My Mother, by Jamaica Kincaid. There is time to read this compelling novel and then come along to discuss your thoughts about it with other interested book lovers. The meeting starts at 5:30 PM at the Sainsbury Centre (meet at Gallery Reception) – price £4, with £2.50 concessions. The book is obtainable via Waterstones on campus or other City and online outlets. Everyone is welcome!
