The Sainsbury Centre is delighted to be working with Black History Month on this autumn’s INSET, bringing you a programme on themes of diversity, cross-cultural identity and global education.

The evening offers a chance to gain and share new ideas, see new exhibitions, hear about recent projects, plan visits, engage with artists in workshops, talk with curators and Sainsbury Centre academics, and take tours with the Centre’s guides. There will also be an opportunity to take part in a workshop led by NEAD (Norfolk Education & Action for Development) and meet representatives from Norfolk Black History Month and other local organisations working in heritage and culture to access new resources for schools. INSET evenings are suitable for educators working across all learning phases, including teachers, artists and others working with children and young people.

It’s also a great opportunity to meet friends and colleagues over dinner and a glass of wine.
