    In celebration of Black History Month, Norfolk BHM will be holding this 5-a-side football tournament at UEA Sportspark, Norwich, to help kick off the Norfolk Black History Month 2012 celebrations. Teams from across Norfolk will compete in this prestigious tournament and will show case their ability in football to be crowned as Norfolk BHM Football Tournament 2012 champions.

    The Tournament, which is organised in partnership with Norwich and Central Norfolk Mind CDW, Norfolk Constabulary Diversity Unit and Norfolk FA, aims to promote community cohesion and will provide an opportunity to celebrate Black History Month in partnership with the community, as well as to create a lasting, positive relationship between diverse communities. There will be representatives from local clubs, organisations and community members at the event.

    There will be an awards ceremony for the winning team at 5 PM at the Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts, Norwich, as part of the Black History Month Launch Family Festival followed by music, dance and a salsa lesson.

    Come and support Norfolk’s talent and celebrate their achievements at the Black History Month Family Festival.
