    A celebration of the life of Dr. Allan Glaisyer Minns, the first black mayor in Norfolk and in the UK! The achievements of Glaisyer, elected in Thetford in 1904, are testament to his hard work, dedication and self-belief… an inspiration to us all!

    The event includes live African drumming, a performance from dance troupe Afrolosu and entertainment from Afrozulu, the history-performer from South Africa.
