• Great Yarmouth Against Modern Slavery

Throughout October | Library opening hours

    Add to calendar

As we celebrate Anti-Slavery day on 18 October, join us in the Great Yarmouth Library throughout October for information highlighting the issue of contemporary slavery – drawing parallels between the abolishing of Slavery Act in 1807 right up to modern day slavery.

Celebrate the positive impact that migrants communities have had on local communities and highlighting the existence of modern slavery in Great Yarmouth in an effort to stamp it out.

Presented in partnership with Gyros (Great Yarmouth Refugee and Outreach Support Ltd).
